We have built two sets of hangars at Zelienople Municipal Airport (PJC), and am finishing a third. If there is enough interest we will build another set of hangars, depending on what the market demands.
Note: We do not want, nor have, a monopoly on the new hangars. As other people are doing, various parties can lease land from the airport and build their own hangars. The ZAA has a master lease for those interested in building their own hangar(s), and pads for hangars ranging from T's to 100x100 corporate hangars are available. Please contact the airport manager or the ZAA if interested.
Condor Aero Club http://www.condoraero.com/ has their own set of 14 T hangars. If interested, please contact them.
Pittsburgh Jet http://www.pittsburghjet.com/ has two 65x62 boxes that are available, suitable for a shop, or turbine aircraft. If interested, please contact them.
The hangars that we have built or are building are shown in blue on the above diagram.
A 14 unit set of T hangars has been completed. 6 of the units are currently heated, and the remainder can have heat added if the tenant desires.
I CURRENTLY HAVE VACANCIES FOR A HEATED AND AN UNHEATED TEE.
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, BUT DON'T HAVE AN AIRCRAFT AT THE MOMENT, OR HAVE A LEASE ELSEWHERE THAT DOESN'T EXPIRE FOR A FEW MONTHS, WE WILL PUT YOU ON A WAITING LIST.
THOSE WITH A PREFERENCE FOR A HEATED HANGAR HAVE PRIORITY.
A set of 6 box hangars has been completed, with five 50x51 boxes and one 65x41 boxes. The boxes mostly are (and the remaining two can be) heated and air conditioned.
THIS SET OF BOX HANGARS HAS BEEN COMPLETELY RENTED.
WE EXPECT TWO OF THE BOX HANGARS TO BECOME AVAILABLE IN NOVEMBER, AS TENANTS MOVE TO THE LARGER UNITS UNDER CONSTRUCTION.
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, WE WILL PUT YOU ON A WAITING LIST.
A set ot two 65x62 box hangars is being finished, and should be completed in October.
BOTH OF THESE UNITS ARE RENTED. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED WE WILL PUT YOU ON A WAITING LIST
